My Approach to Helping
We sometimes need help to overcome and become stronger rather than overwhelmed. Life presents us with many challenges that we are not always equipped to handle. These challenges are not moments that identify our weaknesses, instead they present opportunities for us to become stronger as a result of overcoming them. I help people with unhealthy relationships, depression, anxiety, parenthood, balancing personal and professional commitments, relocating and overall mental wellness. Also, I work well with people who are children of parents with addiction issues and those struggling with work/life balance.

I offer weekend sessions. I'm available for immediate appointments. The people I work with enjoy my warm and relaxing office environment and my supportive approach to helping them to live the life of an overcomer. I accept most major insurance carriers: BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Tri-Care, Coventry, Medcost, CBHA, Medicare, and United Health Care.
My Therapy Focus
I use a holistic style which teaches how mind, body, and spirit are key to change and positive living. The decision to seek therapy is a proactive step toward living a more productive life. Counseling teaches tools to deal with life challenges and overcoming obstacles.
