My Approach to Helping

Life can be difficult, even overwhelming at times, but do you often have trouble coping? We all face challenges, but maybe something is making life tougher on you. For instance, do you regularly have feelings of shame, guilt, worthlessness, fear, or panic, but don't know why? Do you suffer from sleep problems, low energy, stomach pain, or chest and shoulder tension that you can't explain? Do you have racing or troublesome thoughts that seem impossible to control? These are just some of the ways that anxiety and depression can affect a person, and even daily stress can worsen the condition to the point that life becomes unbearable.

If you have any combination of these symptoms, you too might be suffering from anxiety or depression, and you may be wondering if you will ever find relief again. If so, I would like to offer my help. I have extensive experience in behavioral health and specialize in treating stress-related mental health conditions. I work with distressed adults to ease their pain through effective and scientifically-proven therapeutic techniques. Regardless of whether the anxiety or depression is caused by past trauma or present-day challenges, my goal is to lessen the impact of your difficulties, restore your well-being, and bring a sense of peace back into your life.
