My Approach to Helping
My philosophy is " be aware of your own strengths, don't feed into the past, let go of the season of hardships and disappointments, learn from past mistakes, live in a present moment, and create a fulfilled future".
Healing from anxiety, stress, OCD, depression, ADHD, fear, relationship conflicts, parental difficulties, etc starts from the moment that we realize we do have all the answers, we have all the strengths to decide, to change, and live a happy life.
As a psychotherapist, I practice a humanistic, client-center, goal-oriented psychotherapy which focuses on the individual's motive to success. I believe everyone wants a good life, everyone wants to be happy, but sometimes we need professional help to get there.
I believe we are more willing to deal with problems when we feel respected and encouraged. At the same time, we become unwilling when we are discouraged or feel inferior. In my practice, I meet you where you are in life, I encourage you to set your own goals, I coach you to establish new behavior patterns, so you can face new challenges with ease.
You will become involved in therapy and willingly welcome new challenges, you will become receptive to new ways of thinking and continuous growth. In this process, you will see yourself significant, respected, and capable of making decisions. This is where healing starts.
