Life can be challenging. Relationships may weaken, work can be stressful, and loved ones may pass away. These challenges may negatively impact your emotions, relationships, and daily motivation. Having a safe, comfortable environment where you can explore your concerns and address them is crucial to long-term healing. I am eager to share your story and provide the assistance you need to overcome your personal obstacles.
My counseling style is collaborative, warm, and genuine. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to tackling your issues and reaching your full potential. I know you have the capacity to resolve the concerns you face right now. My job is to help you find and harness that inner strength. I have had training in cognitive behavioral, family systems, and psychodynamic approaches. I also have a strong interest in mindfulness and self-compassion approaches and employ aspects of all of these approaches in my clinical work.
