My Approach to Helping
Hello! I’m Natalie (she/her). If you feel overwhelmed, lost or stuck, you’re not alone. The challenges that face us can be paralyzing. Together, we can work to find a starting point, build awareness and create meaningful change for you.
Therapy is a space for genuine self-expression - an important part of the healing process. My style is warm, empathetic, and supportive. We’ll use this safe and non-judgmental environment to explore your inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I know that every individual has strengths within them that, when nourished, can help them thrive.
My approach to therapy is integrative. My foundational therapeutic lens is client-centered, strengths-based, and anti-oppressive. Throughout our work, I will integrate different therapeutic styles and techniques as is applicable to you specifically. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, mood disturbances, and trauma. Together, we can learn about your inner world and your past so as to inform your present and look forward to your future.
