My Approach to Helping
"Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think." – A.A. Milne, Winnie the Pooh.
This quote accompanies me in my work with children, teenagers, and adults. Each of us, regardless of age, sometimes needs support, understanding, and a reminder of our own strength.
I am a psychologist committed to creating a safe and compassionate space for conversation. I work with people experiencing emotional difficulties, anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, relationship issues, or developmental challenges. I also support those who simply want to better understand themselves and their needs.
The most important aspect of my work is the relationship, one built on trust, acceptance, and respect for each person's pace and boundaries. I listen attentively, offer support, and help you discover your own ways of coping, in alignment with who you are.
Sessions are available in person or online, depending on your needs and possibilities.
If this feels like a good step for you,pol you are warmly welcome.
