I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and emotionally-focused principles, while always tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and pace. My style is gentle, yet engaged—I aim to create a warm, safe environment where you can feel both supported and challenged to grow.

Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, or periods of transition, my goal is to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward greater self-understanding and ease. I believe that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with others, and within a space where we feel truly seen and heard.
