My Approach to Helping

Are you just generally feeling unsure of yourself or your life's path?
Whatever you're facing, psychotherapy can help generate insight that can lead to resolution. I believe that we're all much more resilient than we give ourselves credit for. But, sometimes we need a little help to harness that strength. And, sometimes daily life can feel overwhelming. My goal is to walk your path with you and to help you understand yourself and your relationships more deeply. While my work is informed by theory, my most important aim is to build a relationship that feels supportive and safe to you.
