My Approach to Helping
During our therapy sessions, we will explore the impact current and past experiences have on your current relationships and overall emotional satisfaction. We will explore changes and life transitions and together identify strategies for engaging more effectively in relationships with friends, family members, and co-workers. My philosophy is to focus on the present and help you learn how to help yourself. We will explore past experiences driving current thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.
