My Approach to Helping
I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space where you are able to share what you're experiencing and be heard. Working together we will explore what you are experiencing in a collaborative way to assist you in obtaining what you hope for in the process of therapy.
My approach as a psychotherapist is grounded in the work of psychiatrist C.G. Jung of Switzerland. Jungian psychotherapy provides a framework for being with a variety of issues that assists an individual in reaching their full potential. As a depth-oriented approach it helps bring unconscious contents to the surface, to assist in becoming more conscious, of what might be at work on a deeper level.
