My Approach to Helping

Do you want to find and build relationships so that you feel more cared about and have more fun? Would you like to build your self-esteem around others? Group therapy can help you. In group therapy, you are with people with similar issues who understand and support you. Your self-esteem grows as you are accepted by group members who are very positive towards you. You do not do work on yourself alone but with a small accepting team guiding and supporting you as you face stress and challenges. You learn how to improve your social anxiety and depression and you work towards having new closer relationships. You learn to express your feelings and become less self-critical, more positive and better connected to others. Prior therapy is required.

Good, compassionate, intelligent, thoughtful counseling and guidance can help you feel happier and enjoy your everyday life more. In my approach, we work hard together to understand you and direct and support you to make positive changes which will help you enjoy your life more and feel more cared about by others. We can also work directly on behavior change through coaching.
