My Approach to Helping
Feelings associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, & life transitions are a part of the human experience. I strive to help guide one through managing these feelings by turning down the volume so that one can live a fuller life. My approach is rooted in bringing awareness to the connections between mind, body, and spirit using a number of different techniques tailored to the individual. My goal is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves at all levels. I strive to help individuals learn practical skills to incorporate into their everyday lives to allow for an increase of awareness of their internal world.
I integrate a combination of therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT).
