Plenty of parking in front and behind the building.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
There comes a time in everyone's life where talking to someone can be helpful. Everyone goes through difficult times in their life, it makes us human. Seeing a therapist can sometimes help you get through those difficult times more smoothly and quickly than if you were alone. Seeking out therapy does not mean you are weak or incompetent. A therapist can be a helpful guide on your journey to healing, but in the end, it is your own strength and courage that will make it possible for you to heal.
