My Approach to Helping
I believe that life is a journey and everything along the way is a learning experience. People grow from the conflicts and challenges they face along their individual road. Each person is unique and it's important to start the therapeutic process where s/he wants to begin. My function as a therapist is to guide him/her through this process and to make each person's journey as beneficial and meaningful as possible.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy can help the individual to open his/her eyes to the issues that lie beneath a deeper and more unconscious level. If the person is ready and receptive, s/he can start to make connections never before realized. Psychotherapy provides us with life long tools that enable us to prosper individually and in relationships.
