I do take a few insurance plans and we have private, discount packages as well as couple's intensive hours so you don't have to miss too much work. On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Just talking about it doesn't always help. No really, your instincts that going over the same things again and again is not what you need could very well be right.
Some Issues and some couples need what is called Couples Intensive sessions. Coming and spending several hours at a time quieting the crisis and rebuilding the relationship makes more sense and frankly is more compassionate than getting the issues out one hour a week for 12-15 weeks. However fits you best is how we want to help.
It's important to participate in therapy that has a purpose and a plan to maximize what the brain needs to think and minimize what it doesn't need. Fitting the right therapy to the your concerns makes all the difference.
