My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is centered on the idea that you are the expert in the room on your experience, and together we can combine our insight and expertise to create transformation and connection. I integrate somatic therapy, sensorimotor therapy, coherence therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to support you in feeling safe and connected to yourself, others, and the world around you. I am oriented towards a holistic, neurodiversity-affirming, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, sex-positive, fat-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. Together we can work to help you live in the present, achieve your goals, live by your values, and transform your relationship with your inner world.
