My Approach to Helping
Therapy can feel like a daunting and intimidating process to begin, as exciting as it can be to find resolution or new answers. You’ve already taken one of the most challenging steps, which is to start researching a person to work with you. With over 14 years in the field, it’s important to me that you get clear answers to your complex questions (in therapy and about working with me). Although not always a simple process, I don’t like to waste time, so each appointment, we dive head first into what it is that you want to work on. We’ll explore how you want to feel, what gets in the way, and how to move you closer to that feeling.
I work with high powered professionals with demanding careers, including high profile individuals, around their relationships, anxiety, + stress. Whether working individually or with the couple, I integrate my years of experience and education, including in Gottman, EFT + psychodynamic therapy, to develop a custom approach for your goals.
Only you’ll know what’s best for you.
