With almost 15 years as a psychotherapist, I still find this work exciting, unique, and such an honor to be a part of. My aim is to help you make the transformational steps you’re looking for, whether that’s in your relationships, your stress levels, your career, or just in yourself. While I work with people from all walks of life, I specialize in helping high powered individuals and couples, including performing artists, C-Suite executives, professional athletes, celebrities, and more. I utilize knowledge from many trainings, including Gottman, EFT, and Mindfulness, along with my unique style (straight forward, clear, concise, and occasionally with a bit of humor) to help you connect your own dots and move towards the life you want.
