My Approach to Helping
As a dancemovement psychotherapist I will help you learn your triggers and ease your body when needed. I believe having a regulated nervous system is something we all need and can all attain with the freedom therapy provides. I use verbal therapy, movement, inner child healing and meditation to help support my clients.

I work with teens, young adults and adult through tele-therapy. I use verbal talk therapy, movement and breath work to help integrate the mind, body and soul. I create a safe place to help my clients feel seen without feeling exposed. My approach is gentle, transparent and compassionate. I like to give tangible tools to help you in your journey.
