My Approach to Helping
I help women break trauma cycles. We break cycles of abuse, interpersonal conflict, negative thought patterns, and generational trauma. We will do the work to change how you see the world and your role in it. I use talk therapy and EMDR Therapy to heal trauma, reduce symptoms, and shift perspectives. My goal is to help you create the change that you are seeking in your life.
Women who have worked with me report that they find themselves able to think more clearly, "zoom out" on their lives, see things from a new perspective, and make decisions that are aligned with their values. They are able to respond to stressors more often than they react to them. They often feel they are becoming their own definition of their “best selves”.
