My Approach to Helping
Therapy is a lifestyle choice that can change the way you think, feel, and behave in your daily life. Therapy is about setting goals and learning the skills to resolve issues with a professional. I work with clients around anxiety, trauma, and depression. I also work with children and use play therapy during sessions. I am a psychological assistant working under the supervision of a psychologist. I am bilingual I speak Spanish and English fluently. I can provide therapy in either language.The following are common theoretical perspectives that I use when working with clients: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic.
