What's My Approach to Therapy?
I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and depression, as well as those facing relationship challenges and major career and life transitions.
Whatever you’re carrying - whether it’s relationship pain, anxiety, loneliness, or a longing for ease - you don’t have to carry it alone. Many of my clients are thoughtful, sensitive adults who’ve spent years keeping it all together, only to realize it’s time for something deeper: to stop surviving and start truly thriving. If you’re ready for a change - for life to feel more alive, more grounded, and more connected to what truly matters most to you - therapy can help you come home to yourself. Not by fixing what’s “wrong,” but by gently rediscovering what’s been lost, buried, or waiting within you to be seen and welcomed.
You deserve to feel happy, capable, and at peace with yourself reach out, message me to start.
My Practice & Services
Sometimes even the simplest moments can feel heavy. You may find yourself stuck, overwhelmed by emotions, or feeling distant from the people you love. And even when you’re surrounded by caring relationships, others may be navigating their own struggles - leaving you with little room to feel fully seen, heard, and supported. That kind of isolation can make everything feel harder to hold.
You deserve a space where your needs matter.
Where your feelings are welcomed.
Where you can show up exactly as you are.
I’d be honored to offer that space.
As a therapist, I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore what’s happening within - and move toward healing, relief, and renewed possibility. Together, we’ll take a thoughtful and personalized approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness, relational therapy, and somatic awareness. My practice is also grounded in Buddhist principles of compassion, presence, and acceptance - supporting you as you build clarity, resilience, and confidence in your own path.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out. Asking for help is a courageous step - especially when you’re the one who’s used to taking care of everyone else.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space to breathe. To feel supported. To explore what you need at a pace that feels right for you.
When you’re ready to begin, I’m here.
Send me a message, and let’s take the next step together.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
In our sessions we will:
- Make sense of your emotions so you feel more grounded.
- Improve emotional regulation and mental clarity.
- Understand the narratives that shape your experiences.
- Empower you to make choices that lead to greater fulfillment and connection.
Each person processes their environment in a unique way. You are the expert on your own life. Together, we will explore the difficulties that weigh you down and find a way forward.
My Role as a Therapist
I am a Registered Psychotherapist offering online therapy for adults. I see therapy as a collaborative and transformative process - one that fosters self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
In our sessions, you are invited to bring whatever feels most pressing for you. I listen with care and attunement, creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what lies beneath the surface. Rather than offering quick fixes or advice, I help you uncover what you truly need; even when those needs feel hidden beneath fear, guilt, or shame.
