My Approach to Helping
I help people in therapy with trauma, loss, relationship issues, career development, anxiety, depression, stress, personal growth, and eliminating unwanted behaviors. In each session, I work with individuals to unearth the reasons for their issues and develop a treatment plan to address their specific concerns. My objective is to help people apply the skills they learn in therapy, regain control, and live the happy, healthy life they deserve.
I have advanced training and certification in Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and yoga therapy.
