My Approach to Helping
You woke up today and took a decision that life cannot continue in the way it is right now. You tried to reach out to people you know, but there are things that just do not want to talk about or are ashamed to talk about. I believe, that human beings are generally good-hearted, yet due to adverse experiences throughout one?s life, they often suppress the good. To deal with the negative experiences, people often turn to drugs, alcohol, or even dangerous relationships. Please know that in these difficult times you are not alone, and do not have to deal with the pressures around you alone anymore, I can assist you on this journey. I know that therapy is not an easy task to engage in and if you are looking for a professional who listens and respects you as a person especially your uniqueness, I am the right person for you.
