I predominantly work with young women and teenage girls who want to overcome feelings of depression, anxiety, and poor self-image.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental place for you to express your feelings and explore your emotions. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will together so you develop the tools necessary to effectively cope with life's challenges and better understand yourself. We will work in partnership to identify and build upon your inner strengths and bring about the changes you desire.
