My favorite part about being a therapist is helping you meet your goals! Therapy is a journey to achieving a better version of yourself. There are many wonderful therapists in this world, it can be overwhelming to choose which therapist to take this journey with. And the most important factor in therapy is that you feel comfortable sharing the details of your life with your therapist.

What Makes up a Problem?
You might be wondering if it's time to speak to a therapist. Or asking yourself, is this really a problem I need help with. If you answer yes to any of the following questions, it might be time to call someone.
I spend more time worrying about the future then enjoying daily activities.
I am avoiding friends, family, work, school or daily chores.
When I do go out, my mind is somewhere else.
I feel like I don't know who I am anymore.
I don't like myself anymore.
I am so overwhelmed by daily tasks that I just don't do them anymore.
