I can help you develop effective strategies to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and fully connect with personal goals and ambitions to progress in the life you have envisioned for yourself. We will develop an action plan to better manage your unique stressors and the emotional toll it has taken on your daily life. I specialize in research-backed techniques shown to improve stress, anxiety, and insomnia including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as mindfulness-based skills.
