My Approach to Helping

I grew up believing I shouldn’t express myself and pretending everything was always “fine,” even when it definitely wasn’t. I think that’s one of the things that drew me to becoming a therapist — once I discovered the value of authentic self-expression, I wanted to give others that space and permission, too.

More Info About My Practice

My practice is sensitive to all areas of diversity, including race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation. While I work with persons of many faiths and creeds, I do offer Christian-based counseling by request. I'm currently accepting clients for online therapy in the following states: Georgia, New York, Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

My Therapy Focus
