My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are looking to deepen their relationships and make sense of the difficulties in communication they are having. Whether your stress is related to your romantic relationship, parenting, postpartum stress, or extended family conflict, we can find a way together to make things easier, more peaceful, and just overall better! I especially enjoy working with individuals and families impacted by attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD).
Our work together will be collaborative, with you as the expert in your story. My role is to support you and provide expert resources to help you feel better and get long-lasting improvements in mood and relationships.
I believe that your relationship with your therapist should be like your relationship with your doctor, an ongoing connection that you can return to at different points throughout your life to get the right help for your relationship and mental health-related concerns.
