My Approach to Helping

My approach is quite diverse as I have worked with various mental health communities and I offer highly individualized therapy to treat clients from all walks of life.

I am a United States Navy veteran who have been in the shoes of those who served, continue to serve and have experienced first hand what stress and overwhelm can cause. I am here to assist veterans and military personnel in the new transition in their life.

I am also a mother, who gets that parenting can be challenging and I am here to offer my support and assist you with those challenges that no one should face alone.

For many years, I have assisted adolescents and young adults with career mentorship to help them pursue their dreams in becoming what they never thought was possible.

My extensive background in holistic health, Kinesiology (body movement), business and career integrated with psychology and evidenced based counseling techniques provide a unique approach to treat clients as a whole.

My Role as a Therapist

When it comes to mental health, we all have moments in our life where we need to raise our hands and ask for help. My role as a therapist is to guide my clients whenever they feel ready to make the next step forward. Therapy is different for everyone and it is far from being an one size fits all, so that is why I created my own tool box with not only mental health counseling strategies, but also with a combination of life experiences that helped me become highly diverse and creative in the work I do. My role as a therapist is to come from a place of compassion, show authenticity and guide my clients in the most challenging situations, so they can discover their true potential and free themselves from beliefs that kept them from moving forward in life.
