My Approach to Helping
Michelle graduated from Lewis University with a master’s in clinical mental health. A licensed professional counselor, she is skilled at working with clients of all ages. She understands that asking for help is courageous, and that following through with treatment can be challenging. She works to understand each client and their needs to offer the best possible care.

Michelle is skilled at dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She has worked in residential treatment facilities, inpatient settings, long-term care communities, and in private practice. She endeavors to help each client feel heard, safe, and comfortable as they talk through their challenges.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys time with her cats and psychological thriller novels. She loves the great outdoors, walks, and bicycling. She’s a homebody who relishes time with friends and family.
