My Approach to Helping
Relationship counselling is my area of focus, I work with individuals, couples and families helping with connection, communication, trust and respect. Are there times you wish for something different in your relationship? Maybe you feel stuck, like you’re going through the motions? Or maybe you feel numb, hoping to feel more alive? Do you miss the spontaneity? Are you having the same fights over and over? Do you feel like you and your partner aren’t on the same page? Perhaps there’s something else getting in the way—a betrayal, secret, addiction or life transition?
I work with people to take a closer look at themselves to fully understand who they are, what’s important to them, and what they want more of or less of. Likewise, I help people to understand the needs of their partner and what patterns in the relationship are working or not working.
We begin to live life with clarity and intentionality when we understand who we are and what’s important to us. We are able to show up for ourselves, our partners and families in a genuine and meaningful way. As your therapist, my goal is to help you get the most out of your relationships to live the life you most desire!
