My Approach to Helping
I am a Clinical Social Worker based in Georgia. Many of my clients come in to address depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationships, andor to figure life out, personal values and desired directions to go in life. I am particularly passionate about serving clients that feel alone.
In sessions, I focus on understanding and paying attention to you. My approach supports you to leave sessions with a better understanding of yourself, have a plan, feel more relaxed, and be more able to move forward. I am non-judgmental, engaging, warm, and caring. I will laugh with you, cry with you, and give you a safe space to process and dream. I desire to establish a strong therapeutic relationship where you will feel safe, seen, and heard. I want every client to know they are worthy to be cared for on a deeply personal level.
