My Approach to Helping
As a therapist, my goal is to empower individuals, families, and caregivers. We all have vulnerabilities, and I would like to help equip you to embrace those. I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental where we can develop a concrete plan that is both progressive and client centered.
I am certified in treating anxiety and I will work with your own unique struggles to overcome anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, family changes, parenting issues and show you and encourage you to apply positive and healthy coping mechanisms.
Aside from my work in mental health, I enjoy watching movies, playing tennis, riding my bicycle on the beach, painting, listening to music and most of all playing the ukulele. I’m looking forward to working with you.
