My approach to helping individuals in therapy is collaborative. It is through listening and understanding together that change becomes possible. We constantly change throughout our lives, and that which is true today might not be so tomorrow.
My work with you addresses areas you have identified as sources for change, growth, or assessment. I meet you where you are, collaborating with you to chart a course for change. I believe this will help you achieve the best possible outcome from our shared work.
More Info About My Practice
My areas of expertise include working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBTQ struggles/concerns, fitness concerns and the emotional stresses that come with sports injury/reduced ability to exercise. I am able to provide parent guidance based on my many years of experience working with children and adolescents. I can help you to cope with and understand the the changing moods of your adolescent. I'm also well versed in managing the stresses that come with working within a corporate structure.
