When you are going through life’s many challenges, I’m here to support you. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space and to listen to you non-judgmentally, sincerely and compassionately. I will strive to help you struggle less and live a more meaningful, vital life. I treat and support adults experiencing a variety of life challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, gender dysphoria, and other day to day life struggles. Proudly serving the LGBTQIA+ community.

As a Board Certified Tele-mental Health provider offering online counseling to residents of Maine, South Carolina, Washington, and North Carolina, I will use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance & Commitment therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers and World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
