Therapy is a courageous journey, and I am truly passionate about helping my clients every step of the way. As a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist, I guide my clients to openly explore their thoughts and emotions in order to develop a strong sense of self and uncover deeper meaning to their lives. My approach to therapy is honest and genuine, promoting a safe environment to openly discuss life's greatest challenges.
I help adolescents, individuals, and couples through a variety of challenges including: depression, anxiety, relationship and family conflict, survivors of trauma, grief and loss, eating disorders and related concerns, and self-exploration of purpose and meaning in life.
