My Approach to Helping
I am passionate about working with people who are experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, recovering from trauma, PTSD, andor facing a life transition that is affecting their lives. No matter what challenges you face, I will be there as your advocate and to help empower you. You are capable of change and you deserve happiness and peace of mind, and this is your first step to that path. I offer a warm, respectful, non-judgmental environment. I will work with you in a collaborative manner to help you develop your coping skills and help you move forward.
More Info About My Practice
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness based practices including guided imagery and meditation. Sessions are tailored specifically for you based on preferences, beliefs, and goals. As a person-centered therapist, I believe that our collaboration is one of the most important factors for change.
I am located in the Orlando area near the University of Central Florida. I believe in the power of mindfulness and I integrate these techniques into each session.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
Everyone has a story and this story is worthy of being heard. We are all on this life journey together and although life is beautiful it can also be challenging, hurtful, and unsatisfying. I love working with people to help them move past the challenging moments and see them flourish in all the potential they have within.
