I love to guide people to feel positively empowered...supporting them as they work through obstacles that might have previously stood in their way of their personal success and cheer them on as they finally realize their goals.
My office will provide you with an inviting space where you can comfortably and safely explore your issues and my therapeutic style has been described as warm and engaging. Having worked through my own challenges, I appreciate each and every person's journey and understand the strength and courage that is required in making the call and taking the first step to change your life.
Along with traditional forms of therapy, such as CBT ( cognitive behavioral technique ), I also use an innovative energy practice called EFT ( emotional freedom technique ) widely know as " TAPPING ". EFT was life changing for me and may be for you too. This energy modality can help you find relief from anxiety and panic, cope with trauma, change negative behavior patterns, find relief from limiting physical symptoms, remove self-imposed emotional blocks and so much more. Often EFT can help you achieve positive, life-changing and lasting results...frequently, in less time than traditional approaches.
