Congratulations on taking the first step toward creating the life you want by seeking out the support of a therapist. We all experience difficult times in our lives, and therapy offers a safe, constructive environment to help you find ways to move forward. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I have experience working with clients of all ages, from diverse backgrounds, on issues ranging from stress management to infidelity to severe mental illness. I absolutely love my work and am passionate about helping clients live up to their full potential. I specialize in the treatment of marital/relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting concerns, anxiety and stress, depression, low self-esteem, and anger management. I also have experience working with service members and their families, and can provide a confidential setting off base in which to explore ways to cope with the challenges of the military lifestyle. I incorporate a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance principles, and emotion-focused therapy. My goal is to help my clients achieve their optimum physical and emotional well being and I strongly believe in the powerful therapeutic value of a healthy lifestyle, so I always strive to explore and encourage the use of healthy living, proper nutrition, exercise, and relaxation techniques. I provide my clients with tools and support to create a life in balance, and assist them in not only gaining insight, but translating insights into meaningful behavioral changes that demonstrate progress and growth. Investing in yourself and your relationships brings lifelong dividends. I welcome your inquiries and would be honored to support you in overcoming the challenges you may be facing. Contact me today and we will get started.
