My Approach to Helping
I work with a wide range of clients, including people with relationship and family issues, mood disorders like depression and bipolar, anxiety, psychosis, crisis and trauma, addictions, job and personal stress, career and lifecycle changes, finding your true path in life, dealing with transitions such as young adulthood, midlife and aging, managing chronic emotional problems and spiritual crisis. I work both short-term on specific problems and longer-term to help you build insight into how problems developed in the first place.
