My passion for working with people as a therapist is derived from my belief that each and every one of us has the potential to create the changes we are pursuing. My confidence in every person's potential for change is reflected in my ability to help develop increased self awareness, increased self confidence and a more intentional way of living every day.

I am skilled in helping people manage and overcome anxiety, panic attacks and depression, along with assisting those struggling with trauma, ADHD and grief. I also work with individuals who have Asperger's Syndrome and help them understand how to assimilate their beliefs and values into the world around them. My overall pursuit is to help individuals and couples understand how their behaviors and emotions can be easily managed by developing simple yet highly effective strategies that are long-lasting.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
I believe that psychotherapy helps, first and foremost, through increasing one's self-awareness. Once a person gains a greater understanding of who they are and why they function the way they do, they will create the opportunity for tremendous change in their lives. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where each and every one of my clients can openly and honestly explore, challenge and eventually change themselves in ways that will decrease distress and direct them to increased fulfillment and happiness.
