I believe that coaching is about helping you reach your goals by focusing on the strengths and attributes you already possess and by identifying new skills that will complement them and push you beyond your self-imposed limits.
Coaching is about action and commitment. If you are looking to make changes in your life, coaching may be an option for you. Coaching is all about examining what you want to achieve, a change in your relationship patterns, a healthier life style, a new career; and putting the right plan and actions in place to do so. Maybe you don't know where to begin, tried and not succeeded, or just keep repeating the same patterns. Wellness coaching can help move you forward.

My practice involves individual sessions that are catered to your specific needs. We will begin with an initial consultation during which you will share with me your goals for wellness coaching what it is that you would like to achieve. We will then develop a plan that best fits these goals and get to work!
Together we will uncover how the power of your thoughts can help you control your emotions and behaviors, thereby helping you achieve the goals that we develop together.
What Makes up a Problem?
Problems are made up by perceptions, our perceptions, and very often these perceptions are highly influenced by engrained negative thought patterns. My coaching with you will begin by identifying these patterns, eliminating them and helping you become a master of your thoughts, thereby creating a future which you desire and deserve.
