My Approach to Helping
We all experience pain, grief, confusion or difficulties at some point in our life. Such problems can bring on feelings of depression, anxiety, or struggles in relationships. To gain perspective I can help. I can offer a safe and objective environment for you to lay down your burdens and worries. While I cannot promise a cure for any struggles you may have; I can provide a practical nonjudgmental approach to assist you to learn new ways of looking at your situation that will be very helpful for changing your feelings and reactions.
