My Approach to Helping
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to invest in your mental health. Are you having a hard time balancing family, work, and life? Are you struggling with avoidance and anxiety about the future? Are you just ready for a change and aren't sure how to make a plan of action? It's difficult to grow without support, and even harder at times to find the tools to carve your own path. My background in research, crisis care, inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, in-home therapy, group therapy, and outpatient therapy has given me exposure to several forms of therapy. I am currently practicing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and some elements of other forms of therapy.
