My Approach to Helping

Greetings! I am a Double-Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience servicing patients in Illinois, Oregon, and Washington.

I see patients from the age of 3 to 80+. I offer in-person and virtual sessions.

I have over 13 years of experience helping adults, children, and families with ASD, mood issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, disabilities, or special needs. I strive to educate and guide clients through the medication management process. Not all clients need medication. We often start with holistic approaches or combine holistic and traditional medications to improve overall mental health wellness. I laugh, get silly with patients, and genuinely enjoy helping families learn, grow, and gain confidence in supporting themselves, children, and other loved ones with their mental health concerns.
