My Approach to Helping
I believe that therapy can be whatever you need it to be. Maybe you'd like to make a change related to your career, drug or alcohol use, or social life. Or, you may be struggling with low self-worth, lack of direction, difficulty in relationships, or painful feelings about the past. Perhaps you need help coping with anxiety, panic, depression, or other mental health issues. Whatever your goals, I can provide a healthy, supportive environment where your feelings and thoughts can be expressed without judgment.
If you're interested in understanding your relationship with substances, gaining more control, and reducing harm, we could work on mindful substance use. With experience in eating disorder treatment, I can support a change to healthier eating and body image, or help you maintain the progress you have made in treatment.
