My Approach to Helping
No matter what your struggles may be, my goal is to meet you where you are, help identify your strengths and build on those as we work toward the change you desire. My clients feel heard, and they are equipped with tools to find balance in their daily lives. Whether people come because they are depressed or overwhelmed with anxiety, their marriage is in trouble or they want to strengthen a strong relationship, my goal is the same: we manage immediate challenges while developing a plan to confront the deeper issues that prevent them from leading a balanced life.
