My Approach to Helping
I think people should be applauded for acknowledging issues they want to work on and having the desire to tackle them. So many spend serious time avoiding feelings, ignoring signs and symptoms and faking life. Why? The strength, courage and peace you'll feel after you confront issues should be the light at the end of the tunnel. Let your desire for peace be bigger than your fear of facing your problems.
I'm direct, honest and interactive in my approach to therapy. We'll have sincere dialogue in order to bring you peace, strength and insight.
My favorite role as a therapist is being able to validate your experiences and help you recognize your strengths.
