I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I utilize a client-centered, strength-based approach. I am trained in CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and Brief Strategic Family Therapy.
