My Approach to Helping
My approach is to welcome you to the therapy process in a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental way. While difficult emotions and life challenges are often the things that drive us to seek help, therapy is so much more than treating the problem. Using an integrative approach, I tailor treatment to each person's unique circumstances. Together we will explore the problems that have been holding you back. We will use your unique strengths and resilience to help you find the right tools to navigate transitions, change old patterns of behavior, manage mental health issues, and find happiness in your life.
