I believe that everyone can be happier. Therapy helps us access a path to greater joy.

I offer my clients a warm and judgment-free environment, and a safe place where you can explore the issues that make it difficult to lead the life you choose.
Sometimes we need support and guidance to evaluate our situation, understand our needs and thoughts, and identify helpful changes. Healthy coping skills and mental health improvements demand mindfulness every day.
